In Search of Paititi - Characters
Concept
Two Peruvian kids, Marquiro and Luisa, are spending their summer at their grandma's in a frontier town in Peru.
Marco is an Inca Empire enthusiast, and Luisa is an adventurer at heart. Since there isn't much to do in their grandma's town, both kids resort to imagination to escape the boredom. Both kids pretend they are archeologists looking for the lost city of Paititi, looking for one of the most precious treasures left by Inti, the god of the sun. We follow their journey through the Andes jungle until they reach their destination.
Marco and Luisa explore the city until they find a temple where the Paititi's emperor lies. They had found Inti's treasure, Luisa sets her eyes on a beautiful statue of the god, and Marco warns her not to touch anything since they are in an emperor's tomb protected by Supay, the god of death and the underworld. Luisa ignores Marco's warning and takes the statuette. Supay appears, enraged by the trespassing, he summons a giant demon rock that chases after the kids.
